The Cambridges weren't the first members of the Royal Family to take a ski trip! After Kate Middleton and Prince William released photos with their children Prince George and Princess Charlotte from their vacation to the French Alps earlier today, we couldn't help but be reminded of the many cold-weather getaways Princess Diana took with her little guys when they were kids.
Princess Diana, Prince William, and Prince Harry were snapped hitting the slopes during their traditional pre-Easter breaks at the resort in Lech, Austria, on multiple occasions, and the pictures are too adorable. We're particularly fond of a snap from 1994, where a 9-year-old Harry rocks a snowsuit once worn by his older brother as he prepares to take his skiis for a spin with his mom and some family friends (above). The trio was also spotted on the slopes in 1991, where a then 8-year-old William and 6-year-old Harry rode the lift and then took to the snow with their mother (below).
And because you can never get enough of the Royal Family, check out snaps from the Cambridge's recent trip below.
The royal family released photos from their very first ski vacation as a family of four. A glowing Duchess Kate and Princess Charlotte match in chic white parkas, while mom pairs hers with bright red ski pants a fur collar, and Charlotte tops off her adorable look with a pink hat and pink booties.
